Convergence Ensemble and the New England Poetry Club are both deeply saddened by the passing of Charles Coe — Charles was not only a cherished poet whose voice and spirit enriched Convergence Ensemble’s work, but also a dedicated founding member of our Advisory Board. Please join us for this event honoring his artistry and legacy by bringing a favorite memory of Charles or a poem to share.

There will be an additional event hosted by the Boston Public Library and The Boston Mayor’s Office of Arts and Culture on April 11, 2026 at the Boston Public Library Copley Square. Additional details to come.
